  • Good Grief: a group for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one

  • Necessary Losses: a group for those going through the necessary losses of life's transitions

  • Meet Me In The Middle: a marriage enhancement group for the nearly married, the newly married and the very married

  • Do You Really Want to Get Married: a group for the nearly married and the newly married who have relationship complications due to a blended family, a conflicted previous marriage, or intergenerational concerns.


Seminars, Retreats and Workshops

  • Family Matters considers how families function to provide a common denominator for understanding why we are the way we are in our relationships with each other and with God.

  • How to Put Out Grassfires without Burning Out is a new look at stress and conflict management.

  • Constructing Genograms for Work or Play is an introduction to the use of the "genogram" as a tool for understanding your intergenerational family tree.


Continuing Education for Clergy, Families and Church Leaders

  • Self in Ministry is an intensive 10 to 12 week program, meeting one day per week designed to increase self awareness and effectiveness in the being and doing of ministry by utilizing the principles from Bowen Family System theory and the action/reflection model of learning from case studies and peer review.
    (Scheduled on a first come-first serve basis.)

  • Managing Oneself in Context meets every fifth Friday to learn and apply Bowen Family System Theory to life and ministry.
    (Call two weeks prior to the next meeting to confirm your place.)

  • Marriage in Ministry is for clergy and spouses using the principles of Bowen Family System Theory for strengthening the marital relationship, increasing self-awareness and gaining resilience to resist the pressures of ministry.
    (Scheduled and adapted to the particular needs of the individuals and group.)
