Who We Are

Laurence C. Nelson, D. Min. is ordained by the American Baptist Church. He earned his doctorate in psychotherapy in St. Louis and did his internship with Care and Counseling, Inc. He is a Fellow in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. He is a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marital and Family Therapists and is certified as a Master Addiction Counselor. He developed and directed the Department of Counseling at Presbyterian Hospital from 1981-1985. He is licensed and a supervisor of Professional Counselors and Marital and Family Therapists by the State of Oklahoma.

Michael D. Potts, D. Min., LPC, LMFT. is a Fellow in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and Clinical Member of the American Association of Marital and Family Therapists. He has two post-graduate degrees from Duke University and a Doctorate of Ministry from the Graduate Theology Foundation at Notre Dame. Dr. Potts is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church and has 30 years experience providing pastoral care, counseling, consultation, education and supervision. He is an approved LPC & LMFT Supervisor.
